Why am I not seeing traffic conditions in Maps iPhone

Hi all, I used to be able to see the traffic conditions while in the app, Maps. Ive tried toggling the Show Traffic Hide Traffic, but still get no traffic status (the red or orange or green lines). Wireless has been turned off and GPS appears to be working fine. Any ideas?
