I bought an iPhone 4 for my son. Apparently, since I had upgraded his iOS hes been having problems with his voice mail. An outgoing message tells me his mailbox is full. When I try to retrieve the messages it keeps asking for a password to be entered; the password is entered but no go.
What should I do to correct this?
