Voice Over iPhone

HiI have activated by mistake the voice over onmy iPhone4 and cannotdeactivate it because the general sceen on settings menu doesnot scroll in order to move to the accessibility menu where the voice over command exists .I have restarted , restored the phone but voice over still there A little help from Iphone friendly users please... Thank you

Connect your phone to iTunes on your computer. In the summary pane, click the Configure Universal Access... button. Under seeing, select Neither and click OK
