Voice Memos Stopped Transferring to iTunes iPhone 4

I record appointments with my doctor (with his knowledge) so I can remember what he said, terminology, etc., then burn them to CD for archiving.
This has been working fine up to the last one made earlier this week. It wont transfer now despite having all of the proper settings. It is a recording of about 43 minutes:38 seconds. Other, lengthier memos have transfered fine.
The change of year wouldnt have anything to do with it, now would it? This is my first Voice Memo of the new year.
