I am unable to update to the latest software version of 4.3.
The same error keeps appearing - that there was a problem downloading the software for the iPhone. The network connection timed out.
However, I am able to go on the internet, and there wasnt any problems in my updating of iTunes.
Any ways to resolve this problem?

Update your iTunes to the latest version or, try another PC / Mac to download the firmware file.
