Ugliness in App Store iPhone

Im posting this hoping someone at the developing team will please have a look at their own creations.
In App Store under Top 25 the button in upper left corner has a text line (Top Paid iPhone Apps) that is longer than the size of the button. That sort of faults you might expect from Microsoft, but its way under Apples standard.
Also, under Updates, when all apps are up to date the text reads: All Apps Are Up to Date. Why all this capitalization?? You can only justify this when its a headline or a title, but this is just a simple piece of information.
As you might have gathered english is not my primary language, but I am able to see that things like that are not only ugly, but also incorrect.
I hope this will be changed in future updates.
