Transfer App purchases to Apps Library iPhone

Is there a way to transfer my APP purchases from the Itunes store history to my Itunes APP Library on my computer? My APPS page comes up blank so when I try to sync, only the default apps show as being synced. Im afraid that the rest will be erased from my phone.

Plug your iPhone into your computer, launch iTunes and select File > Transfer purchases.
Note that you can always redownload apps for free. Not so with music or videos.
