times played on iTunes iPhone and problems with Podcast

Hello,
Is there a possibility to register not only the times music is played in iTunes but also on my iPhone. Can I add this in iTunes?
My next problem is that I have different Podcasts but when I click on Podcasts I can only see the recent podcast. When I make a smart playlist and choose all the podcasts I can see them all.
Hopfully someone can help me(A)!
