Tethering problems-unstable-pages don iPhone 4

Hey all - I have a very annoying problem:
Using: Iphone 4.1
Problem: Using USB Tethering. Some webistes not loading or take a long time such as:
- paypal
- godaddy
- plus many others
- skype disconnects and reconnects
Please note: I can access these sites 100% fine on my iphone! Its only when I tether it am I having problems.
I have tried tethering with other laptops and Im having the same problem, but I have also tried the following just in case:
I have disabled firewall, anti-virus softwareI have tried clearing my hosts fileutorrent works fine throughout the whole process. I have also tried disabling utorrent.
