Tethering iPhone 4

I have found it easy to run the Internet Tethering with one computer but when I try it on my Dell Laptop I find nothing happens. On the first computer when I turn the Internet Tethering On it starts up a wizard and a band appears on the top stating Internet Tethering but when I try the same on the laptop nothing happens at all. I have iTunes 10 install on the laptop with Win 7. Any help would be appreciated.
