Sync Certain Folders for Different Number of Days iPhone

Is there a way to have your inbox push an unlimited amount of messages, but sync your delete items (or any other folder) for only 1 week? I do not want to push my deleted items, I only want the most recent 1 weeks worth of messages. Does that make sense?
