Sound notification alert app iPhone

I am just coming from a Blackberry phone. It had numerous ways to customize and make alert profiles for the phone , emails and text. For instance I could have loud ring on phone call, vibrate 5 times for text, vibrate three times for one email account and so on. I could have as many profiles as I want and within seconds I could go from one profile to another. I have the 3gs and cant find an app or a way to do this. I may be forced to go back to a Blackberry...Help
