Search Contacts using Contains or LIKE way iPhone

How can i search for a contact in the contacts list, the name is Norazmi i just type in azmi but it doesnt work.
Same problem for the phone no, the phone no is 0196556390 i type 6556 but can find.
I used Windows Mobile and few other phone before this, they all can perform the above search method.
