Hi,
I have a problem with my i-phone, after a little falling, the starting button does not work so the i phone remains always on and I cant turn it off, and the shell is slightly opened where is the starting button.. the i-phone works correctly, the only problem is the shell that is opened anche the starting button so that I cant turn off the i-phone. I bought this i-phone in january 2009, so I think is absurd for me to spend 299 euro to change it, after two months of life and after I spent already 569 to buy it..

I couldnt agree with you more!
Why, only last week I bought a £200,000 antique Ming vase and dropped it (just a little). Imagine my disgust when the shop wouldnt give me my money back!!!

You dropped your iPhone, it broke, and it is not covered by the warranty. Thats not scandalous, thats the way it is.

No, they do not. For 299, they give you a whole new phone so you can drop and break that one too.
