Safari works apps wont iPhone 4

Reply Topic Hi, i have connected my iphone4 to my works wifi. The network is protected but i have had my devices wifi address added. I can connect to Safari and im receiving work emails, but none of my apps will work and my home emails wont work. Any ideas?
