Safari Window within window iPhone

Im not able to view(scroll) a window within a window using safari or any other browser. But looks like all the browsers are similar to safari. The problem is, when i open a window with only one page(nothing much to scroll) the browser displays only that page(with nothing much to scroll). But there is a window within it(much to scroll) which I am not able to access(scroll). So i can only see the first 1.25 page of the document with no chance of scrolling down further. Obviously there is no option to left click and Open Frame in a New window like a standard browser.. Can someone suggest any alternative?
P.S. : Im sorry if i have posted in the wrong thread.
