Safari PinchZoom in iPhone4

Hello,
All of a sudden, I cannot pinch and zoom in Safari on my iPhone4. I could before in Safai, and I still can in other apps like iPhoto. I have tried restarting the phone, but to no avail. Does anyone have ideas/suggestions?

Hi there..
Have you tried re-setting the iPhone?
Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button on the top and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
This usually irons out any wee issues.
You wont lose any date or settings...just incase you were worried.
Try and report back.
