Safari-Clear cache it possible on an iPhone

Howdy,
I have a 32GB iPhone4 (4.3.1) and just recently am experiencing some small issues with Safari. I did a restore last night and restored to the saved back up, which possibly just brought the problem back cos it didnt resolve it.
The issue is, one of the newspaper sites I read regularly has two versions, a version for mobile phones and the full web page version. Previously I could access the full site, but now whenever I try to change to the full site it just wont go and bounces back to the mobile site. This makes me think there is a corruption in stored files (cache), but I dont know if I can clear it. Any ideas?
