Safari cant open page because its unable to connect to server. HELP iPhone

Hey.
I have been able to surf the web via my phone with no fuss. But recently on certain sites I am unable to connect to the page as Safari is unable to connect to server.
I have reset my Network Settings.
Turned airplane mode on and off.
Held menu button and off button for 8-10 seconds, but still no change.
Any help would be appreciated.
