Retrieve lost songs iPhone

Unfortunately you cant re-download them from iTunes. You can try and call Apple support, and you may get lucky, but Im not sure how ofter it works.

Hi,
Your albums are stored in iTunes. Just connect your iPhone to your PC, launch iTunes, select the Music tab then click the Sync button bottom right side of the iTunes window.
Not sure how you sync a disc to an iPhone.
If you can get the music synced to your iPhone, follow the instructions at this link to create a backup.

Oh, Im sorry. I took it as you deleted the items off of iTunes itself, not your iPhone. Can you even delete songs from your iPhone from the phone itself??
