Retreiving Voice conversation on my itunes account iPhone 3G

I am looking to retreive a voice converstion that was on my Itunes account. This file is a needed for a legal matter. The file is no longer able to be allocated due to a compromised hardrive. I have synced my Iphone 3GS numerous times with this file uploaded to the website, That I am sure of! I am curious if I will be able to retreive this file, for this legal matter? I am looking to try and get this info from an outside computer.
Any Help to this matter will be Appriciated.

Is it still on the phone?
What website is this being magically uploaded to? iTunes is not a website.
If its not on the phone and its not on your computer and you dont have a backup, Id say youre probably out of luck.

Are you certain that you ever had this audio file in iTunes?
If you are looking for a voicemail message, the would be either in visual voicemail on the device or still on your carriers voicemail system.
If the audio file you are looking for was simply stored in iTunes, it would be included in a backup of your iTunes library, assuming you have one.
