Repair Status In Transit iPhone 4

Hi,
My iphone is broke since 24/09, i called apple support and i sent it the 27/09.
The UPS tracking confirmed me it arrived to apple the 28/09
Now the repair status is ever in transit, somebody know why?
Do I need call again apple support?
