Remote App-Mac iTunes not recognize iPhone on Wifi

I opened the Remote App on the iPhone, selected Add iTunes Library, got the pairing key but nothing appeared on iTunes.
iTunes is 10.2.1 (1) and iPhone 4 is 4.3.1.
iPhone and Mac connected to the same Wifi. Tried to reboot several times also.
Tried also with iPhone not connected to the USB.
What can be the reason?
