Recent WiFi issues PAINFULLY slow speed even inches from router 3G fine iPhone 4

In the past week I noticed my iPhone 4s WiFi speed to be insanely slow.
Like so slow its not even worth using it.
I use a Cisco (Linksys) High Performance E3000 Router, and always had fantastic performance.
I have Comcast Cable Internet with over 30Megs download speed. All other devices in my home (Wired, Wireless, AppleTV, PS3, iMac, Non-Apple computers, etc.) are working perfectly well with no loss of internet speed.
Im sitting on my iMac right now as I type this connected with WiFi, about 3 feet (At most!) from the wireless router.
I did Broadband speed tests from several sites (Speakeasy, Speedtests.net, etc) and NONE of them gave me download speeds slower than 28Megs, my average download speed was about 32Megs.
Now my iPhone 4 is sitting on the desk next to my keyboard (And I am not touching any of its metal siding) is getting between 68 & 123kbps (Yea, slightly faster than dial up!) on WiFi only, but when I turn on 3G its blasting through with 1.7 & 2Megs down. I have the FCC Broadband Test & Speakeasy Broadband Test Apps installed on my phone.
I also made sure to go into Multitasking and close every running App. Not that it should make a difference, because clearly on 3G the phone is working like a dream. Its just WiFi.
What gives??
I have totally powered off and on the phone again so many times I lost count. I left it powered off all night while I sleep.
Im 1 step away from doing a full factory restore, but I would rather avoid having to do this.
Any help, advice, please let me know.
