Only sometimes Wifi connection iPhone

Hello Apple support team.
I just got an iPhone 3GS. And the first 2 days everything was ok. But I recently updated it to 4.3.1 to use some new apps. Now my online-apps or safari arent working sometimes because of the wifi connection.
The wifi signal is full and my internet connection is
definately working. Also a system reboot doesnt help because its still 4.3.1
Could you fix that??

PS: When I turn off the phone or when I reset the network configuration everything is working but not that long.

FYI, this is a user to user support forum. You are not addressing Apple here.
Have you tried the basics from the manual?
Restart?
Reset?
Restore?

These steps will solve most issues.

Oh, I am sorry
So yes i tried these things. Restart, Reset could me for a while but 5 or 10 minutes later its the same problem again.
And i tried a restore today and I thought it would be restored to the first firmware my Iphone had (3.1.2).
But it is still 4.3.1 and the wifi problem is still there.

Odd.
Did you restore as new? Often, if a restore from backup fails, then a restore as new can help.
BTW, a restore will always restore to the latest available software version. There is no legit way to go back to an older software version.

I try to connect to my Wifi, typed in the network key, and my iPhone said: Your are not a member of a mobile data network?
Is that important for Wifi??
