Not getting all mail my computer receiving iPhone

Now please understand I am new at this. While in a 3G area I was receiving mail on my iphone and all was well as an AT&T employee set me up. I checked home computer and all matched fine. I leave a 3G area and use WIFI signal at home and have the retrival settings on home computer at 5 minutes and iphone at manually. When mail comes into computer I am not getting it to my iphone. All the settings seem fine as I reviewed them but just not sure what to do....HELP
