New Iphone baseband firmware has killed all GPS location software.

Are apple aware that the new iphone modem firmware update has effectively broken the iphone 3gs as far as GPS location goes. I have looked around on various forums and on the tomtom forum there are lots of people in the same situation.

I have not seen evidence of apple acknowledging the issue...so dont know if they are even aware of the problem.

Are apple aware that the new iphone modem firmware update has effectively broken the iphone 3gs as far as GPS location goes.
If there is an issue, it doesnt seems to be affecting everyone, as mine is still perfectly alright.

im sure if it had effected ALL then apple would be aware of it....as it is, it only seems to be effecting certain units? maybe my model has slight hardware change?
Anyway it is an issue....and i want to know apple are aware of it.
