i got one problem here...i dont know what happen to my safari application because its seem suddently missing from my iphone..im currently using iphone4 ios 4.2.1...any idea?????

Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout...see if you see it now. It can also be restricted through restrictions, if you turned such on.
