My Itunes old and new iPhone

I had a problem with my iphone and have lost a purchased track and 2 ringtones, how can i get these back?
Also I used to have an ipod with a different username which i can not access and have not been able to since my ipod was stolen, how can i recover my previously purchased tunes??

Is your music & purchased ringtones not in your iTunes library on your computer? If so, just sync it back to your devices. If not, thats a huge mistake on your part. Music/ringtones are a one time download. Its your responsibility to backup your iTunes purchases. You can contact iTunes support, plead your case & hope for the best:
