Multiple Accessories at once iPhone 4

I saw a Kensington accessory that allows older iPhone/iPod devices charge while having other accessories connected. The device worked by have a male and a female iPhone connector. The male went to iPhone/iPod to charge it, and the female went to the secondary accessory.
Is there anything similar for the iPhone 4? I have the VGA connector for an external display, but my phone is dying too quickly to watch full movies; and the VGA cable takes up the only available port for charging.
