Maps iPhone 3GS

I use Maps frequently on my iPhone3GS. Problem is that the purple line that shows my route overwrites the street name. Also the new green and yellow lines for clear and slow traffic also show on top of the street name. Any suggestions on what to do to show street name on top so its legible?

You can turn off the traffic report in the map settings. You cant put the street name on top. Google Maps is not meant to be used as a car navigation device. You should only use navigation systems that give spoken directions.
