MAPS app current location INCORRECT Help please iPhone

My iPhone Maps app has my current location, when at home, as my previous address. I have tried switching off and on, going to airport mode and reconnecting, but nope. According to Maps, I am at my old house, 4 Km away.
I thought it best to delete the app and reinstall it. Nope, cant do that. Cant be deleted.
Thought i would next try clearing the Maps cache in settings. Nope, cant do that because there ARE no Maps settings to change.
What the...?
How do I fix this? Its really bloody annoying.
