Mail encoding question iPhone

Whenever i receive an email with non-UTF8 encoding, the content will look like this:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/4501501/mail_content.jpg
However if i view the content in the inbox mail listing, the content seems look just fine:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/4501501/mail_list.jpg
Actually, I think it should be a bug in the Mail apps, and I find this problem when I start using this app to receive email 2 years ago, and seems this problem is not fixed so far. I just want to know will this problem will going to be fixed anyway?
