Looking for todo app puts new todos at top of list iPhone

Ive been using Appigos ToDo for several years now. Its elegant, fast, intuitive, and feature packed. One of the best things it has is the ability to drag todos around manually and their due dates change.
There is one thing, however, that I wish it did. I would like the new todos to appear at the top of the todo list instead of the bottom, so I do not have to scroll through a long list to check if anything new has shown up.
Are there any todo apps that do things this way?
