Little flash when i turn on screen iPhone 4

I dont know what to do. When I start up my iPhone 4 (or when I turn on the screen for slide to unlock), ther is a little flash (very very shortly). Ive tried to do recovery Mode and DFU but nothing...
I have to bring it back? I dont want to, because it came to me yesterday!

a flash as in from the led flash or on the screen or?

Im sorry that im not specified. The flash is on the screen, not in the led.
