Latest upgrade for ITUNES 10 iPhone 3G

I have upgraded and now my computer can not see my phone. ITUNES does not see my device as connected.
I have follow all of the suggested solution via itunes support and am still not getting close to solution even rolled back computer to an earlier period when it all work, still no solution. I am an Administrator.
