Is there any way to add custom shortcuts for a bluetooth keyboard? For ex. to start the Mail app? Or go to the exact page in Safari?

Regarding a shortcut in Safari, it is possible. Go to the web page in Safari you want to open. Wait until it loads, then click the middle icon at the bottom of the page (box with arrow). Then select Add to Home Screen. The Add To Home screen will open; rename the shortcut if you want to, then tap the blue Add button in the upper right. This will create an icon on your first open space on your home screens that, when tapped, will take you directly to that Safari page.
