KEYBOARD LAYOUT iPhone

I was wondering if someone could create a Mongolian Cyrillic keyboard overlay for the iPhone,iPod and iPad . Ive seen lots of custom keyboards in Cydia and Installer and there is a Russian one built into the iPhone. The Mongolian one is very similar to the Russian cyrillic keyboard but has a couple important extra characters. I assume that someone who has made a keyboard overlay could put this together very quickly.
If anyone can throw something like this together please let me know.
