Just got another new Iphone 4 but now the keyboard is playing up. The keys to the right of the screen wont work, for example p and the number 0. Any ideas?

Basics from the manual are restart, reset, restore.
If these three fail to solve it, then make an appointment at the genius bar. If the iphone is defective, then they will replace.
