itunes wont let me connect iphone

Type apple mobile device service into the search bar at the top of this page by Support. You should find a solution.

ok ive done this
First try restarting the Apple Mobile Device:
1. Go to your start menu and choose Control Panel.
2. Switch to Classic View for the Control Panel. You can select the view type in the top-left corner area of the control panel.
3. Double-click on Administrative Tools.
4. Double-click on Services.
5. Find Apple Mobile Device in the list (usually near the top of the list since it is alphabetical) and double-click on it.
6. Select the Start button.
If this starts the service, then make certain the the Startup Type (found in the same window as the start button) is set to Automatic, and you are done.
and now the error doesnt come up but my iphone isnt showing up in itunes
