iTunes music synchronisation bug iPhone

When trying to load new music from iTunes (10.2) into my iPhone4, after finishing synchronisation the iPod app says No content. On prior software versions, clicking a song of my iPhone library in iTunes on my computer would do the job. Now, this does not even work anymore.
Help please!

Even though it took a while, I was able to solve the issue myself. Already during one of my first synchronizations there must have been some error that just kept on causing problems because I synchronized my data from backups everytime I recovered the iPhone. Thus, I tried to find out what would happen if I created a new iPhone during recovery: PROBLEMO SOLVED!
I can only recommend this workaround to everyone repeatedly having problems with synchronizations. It seems like one small bug in some file or app can f*** up your whole functionality when being synchronized over and Ive again.
Nevertheless, the creation of errors seems to be connected to firewalls and anti-virus software running on my pc. I will have to close/ deactivate them all in order to ensure synchronization will work.
