itunes cant find iphone. but win show as cam

i tried to restore iphone to 4.3.1
but win cant install driver for DFU mode.
now i cant connect any iphone to my itunes.
i tried to reinstall itunes. remove drivers from devices manager
tries to reinstall USB driver.
still get an iphone like this
