iPhone wont play video on Background after ios 4.3 update

Before updating to 4.3 and 4.3.1 I was able to play my Iphone Library Videos in Background mode (With the Lock Screen).. and just the audio part of video would came out.. Now i cant do it no more after 4.3
anyone relates to the problem?
Apple please fix and restore this feature to iOS
