iPhone-serious email issue-has to be fix

I have a new iPhone. It will not drop the mail connection to the email server. Please read the following thread before responding if you would please. I have been working on this for days, I am not a super techie, but I do know what is happening, but also that there has to be a fix for this, or the iPhone has a serious flaw. Or, if needed, instead of flaw I will just say a serious shortcoming compared to every other smartphone on the market!
Thanks, I hope you can help. If I cant get this fixed soon, I am going to switch back to my WM Blackjack (old model, not even the BJII)!
