I have bought an iPhone 4 32 GB in France and now when i try to use an Albanian MicroSim Card it doesnt work...I went to an apple authorized reseller here in Albania and they told me that they cant do anything...if somebody here knows how to do it please help me...Thank You

Did you purchase the iPhone 4 at an Apple retail store or from an authorized retailer? If so, did you purchase an officially unlocked iPhone which is the most expensive, or did you purchase a carrier locked iPhone?
If the Apple authorized reseller in Albania told you they cant do anything, it sounds like you didnt purchase an officially unlocked iPhone 4. If purchased the iPhone from an Apple store or from an authorized retailer, call the Apple store of authorized retailer. If this will involve an exchange under warranty, that can be done in France only with an iPhone that was purchased from an official retailer there.
