Iphone 4 voice Dial doesnt recognize my Voice

Reply Topic I cant get my I4 to recognize my voice. When i listen to music and give it a command it ends up choosing the wrong command or calling someone. Does anyone else have this problem? My 3GS was awesome with the voice control
