Iphone 4 sending notes safari links or photos stay in outgoing folder

Hello, I have iphone4 4.2.1 when i send mails with my phone they get send and im able to receive them, but when i send a note, a link in safari or mail photo this gets stuck in de outgoing folder
I use IMAP with gmail
I really dont what i can do, do you guys have some advice ?
