iPhone 4-Safari no longer working server stopped responding

Hi all,
Has anyone recently had issues with Safari? Ive had this phone for a week and today Safari has decided it no longer wishes to work. When I try and load a page it states Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding.
I have tried:-
Turning off & on
Resetting iPhone
Resetting network settings
Clearing cache, cookies and history
Turning airplane mode off and on
Still no joy and Im becoming very frustrated.
Has anyone had a similar probelm and have a workable solution please?
