iPhone 4 rebooting itself when I receive or make Phone call

I have an iPhone 4 updated to whatever the newest version of iOS is currently, and everytime i make or get a call the phone freezes and reboots itself. Data, text messaging, apps are all unaffected only making calls. Does anyone else have this issue? is this a known issue? This is currently my 3rd iPhone 4 and I guess im looking at a 4th. Phone is not jailbroken at all and I have already tried restoring it to solve the problem, worked when it was a fresh restore, after putting my data back on started happening again.

this means there is something corrupt in your backup file.. unfortunately you keep restoring the same bad data onto the phone your going to have to restore as new and start over. If you replace the phone and restore the backup the same thing will happen over and over again. Your only option is to restore as new and sync your apps and music back on sorry.
