iPhone 4 randomly not registering first touch when loading page in Safari

I noticed lately that when my iPhone 4 (iOS 4.0.1) loads a new page in Safari it randomly sometimes does not register first touch if I try to scroll it. Afterwards everything is fine. Maybe page is still loading and lags somewhere in process. Anybody experiencing the same thing?

Well, it seems that there are people with the same problem. I made a topic at Macrumors as well:

However they have 3GS but phones are running iOS4 as well leading me to think its a software issue...
Anybody else having this problem?

I do not have this problem anymore for quite some time already. Probably later software versions fixed it.
